Poppy seed ranch dressing

Ingredients

Greek yoghurt/buttermilk

lemon, juice of
1 or 2
tsp
sea salt

ml
olive oil
1 or 2
tbsp
poppy seeds
Instructions
Add all the ingredients in order, step by step, mixing as you go. This will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge. Also good as a side with vegetable stews, for lentil salads.
