Pink pickled onions

Ingredients

  • 1 large red onion finely sliced
  • 150 ml white wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 6 juniper berries

Instructions

  • Make the pink pickled onions by combining all the ingredients in a glass jar/bowl/jug and leaving for a few hours or overnight.
