Instructions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl
Combine and chill in the fridge for minimum half an hour or even overnight. Preheat the oven to 170c
Make golf ball sized balls from the mixture and spread them on a cookie tray covered with a silpat or parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes. Best to slightly underbake to retain softness.
Leave to cool on a rack then serve.
