Oatmeal, pine nut, raisin, maple syrup cookies recipe

June 3, 2024 Leave a Comment Filed Under: American, Baking, Desserts and sweets, Food

My dad is in hospital with pancreatitis. He has gallstones. The diet recommended for gallstones is lots of apple juice, artichokes and low-fat foods. But he’s completely lost his appetite so I made these oatmeal cookies for him. I’m afraid I added a slug of whisky. Life’s too fucking short.
