New dates: a midsummer night’s dream dinner

June 8, 2010 2 Comments Filed Under: Uncategorized

OBERON: I pray thee, give it me. I know a bank where the wild thyme blows, Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows, Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine, With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine: There sleeps Titania sometime of the night, Lull’d in these flowers with dances and delight

BOOK HERE: http://www.wegottickets.com/event/83628I’ve taken a break, just doing small dinners in the summerhouse while the teen is revising for her GCSEs. Here are a couple of larger dinners to keep you going until I’m back in force. I’ve put up prices to maintain the quality of ingredients, provide a decent quantity of food, but have removed the corkage charge. I will do some cheaper dates in the future but for the moment I need to invest in equipment and also carry out repairs to my home which has taken a bit of a battering over the last 18 months since I started The Underground Restaurant. One last thing: I’m going to be on BBC 2 Moneywatch on the 7th of July at 8pm. I’m dreading it. Apparently I’m an entrepeneur, an anarcho-capitalist! The other ‘entrepeneur’ is a dog healer (?), making his fortune from giving Reiki to dogs. Yes, it’s Britain Makes Money in the Funniest of Ways! WISHLIST: Also if anybody can get me and the teen a ticket to Glastonbury please get in touch! I don’t mind cooking or working!
