I’m inviting you all to my annual midsummer supper club on June 21st. Usually I have a Scandinavian theme but this year the menu will be inspired by fragrance.
This is a fragrance wheel not dissimilar to Niki Segnit’s The Flavour Thesaurus wheel of flavours. I’ll be matching perfumes and foods.
