Mauresque cocktail: raki and orgeat
Pickled green almonds from Istanbul
Black Sea bottarga toasts
A selection of cold and warm meze:
Dolmades, stuffed with Sicilian pine nuts, home made preserved lemon, Bulgarian sheep sheep, green sultanas
Radish yoghurt
Broad beans with mint
Dried stuffed aubergines, Istanbul style with a tomato saffron sauce
Cheese and mushroom filo parcels dipped in mixed seeds
Mini Imam Biyaldi
Pickles: cauliflower, turnip, peppers
Lemon sole rolled with cream, chervil and raki sauce
Bergamot sorbet
Roast late season quince with black apricot, walnut and mastic flavoured kaymak cream
Turkish coffee or apple tea with spoon sweets (home-made peach and vanilla preserve)

Guests are encouraged to drink shots of Raki throughout the meal, it is the perfect drink to accompany meze
