This was a collaboration made in heaven, myself and Emma Mitchell, star instagrammer and author of Making Winter. Emma taught people how to make silver jewellery using nature finds from my garden and I created a botanical lunch.
Menu:
Home-made creme de cassis with white wine
Crudites with green goddess dip
Mexican black bean soup with avocado oil and avocado leaves

Home-smoked mozzarella with garden-grown lovage leaves and flowers, broad beans and peas in a butter and lemon dressing.
Leafy salad with alfalfa and popcorn shoots, buttermilk dressing
Garden-grown Fig leaf and rose cream and home-grown gooseberries
Tres leches cake with edible flowers.
